Long Lunch on Whitehaven

Meet at your exclusive hanger in Brisbane, where you will enjoy some pre-flight bubbles as your fellow travellers arrive for a long lunch unlike any other. Meet your crew and be escorted to your private plane, an ATR72-500. On board, everyone has a window seat to take in the breathtaking views as we fly north along Queensland’s stunning coastline of scattered islands, islets and coral atolls. The hues of blues from above, is simply spectacular. Be sure to have your cameras ready – you will need to keep one hand free, however, for your bubbles served on board. Your flight time is approx. 2hrs.

On arrival at Hamilton Island, you will be met and whisked away to the marina by private vehicle where you will board our elegant 82’ sunseeker super yacht. The M/Y Alani is the ultimate in luxury and style.

After boarding and a safety briefing with the Captain, let the French champagne flow and canapes rove. Now is the time to leave your shoes behind and step on board for the journey. As we steam into the sapphire waters of Whitehaven, you will be greeted with a luxe set up fit for royalty. Cushions, rugs and a long table await you. There is plenty of time to take a dip and snorkel in the renowned Great Barrier Reef, where you can witness up close the vivid coloured coral formations and impressive marine life.

Tummy grumbling? When you emerge from the turquoise waters, take a seat with your feet buried in the silica sand under lofty umbrellas with the gentle lapping of the water and sea breeze on your sun kissed skin as our chef serves you a banquet of the freshest seafood you have ever tasted. The spread of seafood showcases the best that our Australian waters has to offer as dine with newfound friends in a dining experience like no other. Your chef will talk you through the area where every element of seafood has come from.

Think mud crab, local bay bugs, oysters, prawns, baby octopus paired with fresh fruits and Mediterranean salads. The crew will be on hand to ensure your glass is never empty and your plate refilled as many times as desire.

The impossibly white sand washed by swirls of turquoise, blue and green water will lure you back in for one final dip before you board our super yacht as you cruise back towards to Hamilton Island and transfer back to your plane for your flight back to Brisbane where your day trip of the year comes to an end.
